About Andrea

Testimonials

Salud yoga based personal training has been an absolute life-changer for me.

Andrea creates a supportive environment for every session, targeting your needs with remarkable patience. She gives thoughtful and easy to follow directions throughout. Most significant are minor adjustments she makes to your movement. This ensures everything is being done safely while maximizing your time.

I’m a full-time dance professional and Andrea’s sessions are integral to my professional life. I simply can’t recommend her more highly!

I highly recommend Andrea as a yoga-based personal trainer. I have thoroughly enjoyed my classes and my body has gotten stronger.

Andrea sees my strengths and weaknesses and works with me accordingly. When I wanted to change the direction of my workouts, she listened and planned accordingly. In addition to my one-on-one, she recommended a duet session with another person, which I love, and it helps with my budget!

She is consistent with our workout classes, and if we have to change the schedule we give each other enough notice.

You’ll be happy with her as your practitioner!

I’ve worked with Andrea for years, and I’m so grateful she came into my life.

Whether working out live in the studio or over zoom, she always adjusts to what my body needs that day. She has helped me stay consistently strong, flexible and in balance - even when I went through a cancer journey.

I appreciate her extensive knowledge of anatomy and yoga techniques that help keep my body strong. I highly recommend Andrea.

With age, surprises happen; cancer, chemo, radiation, pulmonary embolism, broken ankle and numerous surgeries. All of this within 2 years I became practically bed ridden.

I gradually got better but my balance and ability to walk were very effected. The stars aligned and I found Andrea to come help me to return to the land of the living. She has worked with me since 2022 and I am walking, standing upright and using my walker less every day.

Her warm encouragement and detailed information make me feel secure in the process, she is very professional. Thank you, Andrea.
